Chocolate cream cheese cupcakes

Because I'm feeling super generous, here's the most amazing recipe ever, so easy to make and very delish!


Chocolate cream cheese cupcakes

Cream cheese filling


1 8oz cream cheese softened
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt, I would go less than 1/2 teaspoon

In a small bowl combine first 4 ingredients
add 1 6oz chocolate chips and set aside

Cupcake recipe

1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of water
1/2 cup oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 tsp of vanilla

Mix all of these ingredients well
Fill muffin tins lined with paper cups 1/3 to 1/2 full
Drop a large spoonful of mixture on top

Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 mins.

Eventful day!

Today was our spouse social, basically a bunch of wives get together once in awhile, getting to know each other better, it was at a place called a cup of tea, in Kailua, it was a cute place, we all got dressed up, basically ha little finger sandwiches, scones, teas, and desserts! I'm not going to lie those scones were amazing!! My foot on the other hand HURT, no where to prop it up, basically my leg was swelling over my cast, toes bright red! I can not keep it down that long, the pain sucks!

Before we left, my sweet, loving, adorable husband came home with a few presents for me, hello kitty duct tape, some sharpies to sign my cast, and a very pretty necklace that he broke lol, just needs a new chain :) his sweetness melts my heart! I love him :)

Tonight he cooked chicken fried rice, my favorite!! Watty came over, now they are playing league of legends and I am in bed lol

New cast!

Ok, this one is way worse lol, it's fiberglass and allows no movement, it's awful, I hate feeling claustrophobic!

The stitches were removed, I cried of course! Ugh it was just so gross, the doctor came in and messed w my toe, that felt like a bunch of bees stinging my big toe :-/

Yay! It's Wednesday, tomorrow at this time this cast is coming off! I am elated lol, although a little grossed out about what my foot will look like, I'm not sure if I want to see lol, Matt will be there w me at least :) he can look and tell me haha, so gross, not sure if the stitches will come out of not, if so hopefully it won't hurt to much!

I'll start w my peeve for the day, I cannot find anyone who has gone through what I have to get an honest response of what it was like to start running and if they felt improved or if it was worse! I'd be devastated if it was worse and I couldn't run (yes it's possible) ugh! So frustrating !!!

Otherwise, I've had major overnight pain, also had to cut my pain pills down, I was taking 6, now I'm at three , for today, and yesterday, 2 tomorrow and wednesday, and 1 on Thursday, since I go to the doctor Thursday, ugh my pain is ridiculous! Sharp, stinging, numbing, warm weird pain! In sure it's just healing...

On a happy note, had 3 friends from Starbucks stop by to visit today, Jana brought Teddy's burgers, it was delicious!! It was fun and nice to see them again!

Sore!

After all the events yesterday, I am feeling it haha, my butt hurts, my I guess they are called "lats", armpits, and hands! Today was uneventful, slept in, Matt made tacos, I cut the veggies lol, he also washed the car (oooohhhhh ahhhhhh ) :) then we watched army wives ( which he totally enjoys even though he doesn't admit it !! Then watched amazing race finale!

No accidents w my foot today, basically laid on the couch all day! Matt goes back to work tomorrow, I'm pretty worried about it, how am I going to eat, and get my stuff from the bedroom to living room :( ugghh, oh well this time was going to come regardless, I guess I'll figure it out :) hopefully I'll have some visitors this week!

On a venting note, I hate people who brag and show everything they get off, I'm glad I found the error in doing that, and no longer do!
